Schematic Master Plan (City of Bridgeton, NJ) JEA provided site/civil engineering services for feasibility evaluation and conceptual master plan preparation associated with a proposed mixed-use development on a 74 acre +/- site consisting of 204 residential lots (106 single family detached dwellings and 98 townhome dwellings) and approximately 37,000 s.f. of retail and commercial space.
