JEA provided pre-design services associated with site/civil engineering services to the NJSDA and project architect for the proposed expansion of the Orange High School with the construction of a 50,677 +/- s.f. addition. The site improvements envisioned in this phase included building addition, construction of enclosed walkway bridge between buildings, reconfiguration of parking area and access drives, establishment of service area, relocation of existing greenhouse, and utility services. For this project, JEA was responsible for completion the property survey; land use permit evaluation; zoning evaluation; utility service investigation and evaluation; conceptual site planning; and evaluation of existing conditions and required site improvements. During this project, JEA worked with the Project Architect and design team, NJSDA representatives, and local municipal and utility representatives.
