Schematic Master Plan (Rowan University, Harrison Twp. & Glassboro, NJ):
JEA is currently providing site/civil engineering services for conceptual and schematic master plan preparation associated with a proposed mixed-use development on a 300 acre +/- site consisting of athletic, collegiate, and commercial uses, including 360 room hotel, 50,000 +/- s.f. commercial retail space, 5,000 seat sports arena, athletic administration building, indoor athletic training hall, outdoor track, multipurpose artificial turf athletic fields, grass soccer pitches, multiple baseball fields, bus and car parking, and pedestrian access ways.
