JEA was retained to provide site/civil engineering services for the preparation of a site improvement plans associated with the installation of an emergency generator at the facility. Services included coordination of on utility markout by private utility locating firm, existing conditions survey, preparation of site improvement plans, Planning Board testimony, and assistance with acquisition of land development approvals.
