JEA was retained by the Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey to provide land planning and civil engineering services associated with the expansion of the existing assisted living facility. The expansion involves the construction of two building additions (5,855 s.f. and 1,326 s.f.); demolition of three (3) existing buildings and parking areas; reconfiguration & expansion of the parking lot; new underground stormwater management system (including water quality control measures); landscaping; parking/security lighting; and new fire access lane.. For this project, JEA was responsible for completion and preparation of a property survey; geotechnical investigation; site improvement plans; utility/drainage/lighting design; Planning Board testimony; and land development approvals.
