JEA was retained to provide civil/site engineering services associated with the renovation and expansion of the Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing Units and Health Center at the facility. The proposed building additions totaled approximately 3,400 s.f. over multiple locations and included reconfiguration and expansion of two parking areas, concrete curbing, asphalt pavement, ADA accessible walkways, retaining walls, stormwater collection devices, relocation of utility services, landscaping, and lighting. For this project, JEA was responsible for completion and preparation of a property survey; site improvement plans; and land development approvals.
