Dunkin Donuts Restaurant At Bottom Dollar Foods Shopping Center

JEA has been retained to provide site/civil engineering services associated with the construction of a new Dunkin Donuts restaurant as a pad site at the recently renovated Bottom Dollar Foods shopping center facility in Bordentown Township, NJ. The proposed site improvements include a 1,750 s.f. building with drive-thru lane, reconfiguration of the parking lot; new utility services; additional decorative landscaping and lighting; installation of curbed landscaped islands; and decorative screen wall. For this project, JEA was responsible for completion and preparation of site improvement plans; utility/drainage/ landscaping design; preparation of Environmental Impact and Community Impact Statements; and land development approvals. Construction is anticipated to commence in the fall/winter of 2013.
