Scattered Sites, Various Site throughout Camden, NJ
JEA has been retained by Saint Joseph’s Carpenters Society to provide civil engineering services associated with the redevelopment of various vacant parcels with “infill housing” throughout the City of Camden, NJ. These locations included parcels situated on Mitchell Street, Saunders Street, 34th Street, and Stevens Street. The project, which was supported by State funding, consisted of the subdivision of the vacant parcels (if required) and construction of single family dwellings, offstreet parking, utility improvements, and landscaping for the proposed infill housing. For this project, JEA was responsible for completion and preparation of a property survey; geotechnical investigation; subdivision plan; site improvement plans; utility/drainage/landscaping/lighting design; Planning Board testimony; and land development approvals.
