33rd & Saunders Streets, Camden, NJ
JEA has been retained by Saint Joseph’s Carpenters Society and MSB Architects to provide land planning and civil engineering services associated with the redevelopment of vacant parcels at the intersection of 33rd and Saunders Streets in Camden, NJ with new residential housing. The project, which was supported by State funding, consisted of the subdivision of the vacant parcels into five (5) new residential lots; vacation of an existing unimproved street; and construction of five (5) single family dwellings, offstreet parking, utility improvements, landscaping buffers, and street lighting. For this project, JEA was responsible for completion and preparation of a property survey; geotechnical investigation; subdivision plan; site improvement plans; utility/drainage/landscaping/lighting design; Planning Board testimony; and land development approvals.
