Stow Creek Boat Ramp & Parking Improvements:

Stow Creek State Park, Stow Creek Twp., Cumberland County, NJ
JEA has been retained by the State of New Jersey Division of Property Management & Construction (DPMC) to provide engineering services for the replacement and enhancement of the existing boat ramp and the construction of a new access and parking areas at Stow Creek State Park. Under this contract, JEA was responsible for providing and/or coordinating surveying, civil engineering, structural engineering, archaeological investigation, geotechnical investigation, environmental consulting, land use permit acquisition, and bid/construction phase administration services. The project is anticipated to be constructed in early 2014.

Storage Buildings at Colliers Mills, Tuckahoe, and Millville Wildlife Management Areas:

JEA has been retained by McAuliffe & Carrol Architects under contract to the State of New Jersey Division of Property Management & Construction (DPMC) to provide civil engineering services for the construction of storage buildings at the Colliers Mills, Tuckahoe, and Millville Wildlife Management Areas. Under this contract, JEA was responsible for providing and/or coordinating surveying, civil engineering, geotechnical investigation, environmental consulting, and land use permit acquisition. The projects are anticipated to be constructed in early 2014.

Cooling Tower Replacements:

Vineland Development Center, City of Vineland, Cumberland County, NJ
JEA has been retained by Holstein White Consulting Engineers under contract to the State of New Jersey Division of Property Management & Construction (DPMC) to provide civil engineering services for the replacement of two (2) cooling towers at the Vineland Development Center. Under this contract, JEA was responsible for providing and/or coordinating surveying, civil engineering, geotechnical investigation, and land use permit acquisition. The project is anticipated to be constructed in early 2014.

Philadelphia Zoo Handicap Accessibility Improvements
Philadelphia Zoological Society
Girard Avenue, City of Philadelphia, PA
JEA was retained by the UCI Architects, on behalf of the Philadelphia Zoological Society, to provide site/civil engineering services associated with the handicap accessibility improvements throughout various locations of the Zoo. For this project, JEA was responsible for design of grading modifications to comply with American Disability Acts (ADA) standards and requirements, and preparation of construction plans. These improvements were completed in the Spring of 2013.
