Proposed Solar Farm

Lincoln Renewable Energy, LLC. Pointers-Auburn Road, Mannington Township, Salem Co., NJ
JEA was retained by Lincoln Renewable Energy, LLC., of Chicago, IL, to provide site/civil engineering services associated with the construction of a 10 megawatt ground mounted solar facility at this 127 acre +/- agricultural tract. The proposed facility included ground mounted solar panels, electrical equipment, gravel and grass lined access-ways, perimeter fencing, extensive landscape buffering, and preservation of existing farmland to remain for agricultural purposes. For this project, JEA was responsible for the preparation of an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey; preparation of conceptual site plans and Zoning Exhibit; preparation of civil design/site development plans; preparation of 3-Dimensional renderings; conducting a geotechnical investigation; Planning/Zoning Board testimony for acquisition of a use variance and site plan approval; and coordination with numerous design team consultants and the Township Board Professionals. Approvals were obtained in the fall of 2010 and construction is anticipated to commence in the Spring of 2011.

JEA was retained by Lincoln Renewable Energy, LLC., of Chicago, IL, to provide site/civil engineering services associated with the construction of a 10 megawatt ground mounted solar facility at this 100 acre +/- vacant tract. The proposed facility included ground mounted solar panels, electrical equipment, gravel and grass lined access-ways, perimeter fencing, stormwater management basins, landscape buffering, and preservation of existing wooded buffer areas. For this project, JEA was responsible for the preparation of an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey; preparation of conceptual site plans; preparation of civil design/site development plans; stormwater management design; conducting a geotechnical investigation; Planning Board testimony for acquisition of a site plan approval; and coordination with numerous design team consultants and the Township Board Professionals. Approvals were obtained in the fall of 2010 and construction is anticipated to commence in the Spring of 2011.

JEA was retained by Lincoln Renewable Energy, LLC., of Chicago, IL, to provide site/civil engineering services associated with the construction of a 17 megawatt ground mounted solar facility at this 127 acre +/- agricultural tract. The proposed facility included ground mounted solar panels, electrical equipment, gravel and grass lined access-ways, perimeter fencing, extensive landscape buffering, and preservation of existing farmland to remain for agricultural purposes. The proposed facility included ground mounted solar panels, electrical equipment, gravel and grass lined access-ways, perimeter fencing, and extensive landscape buffering. For this project, JEA was responsible for the preparation of a conceptual site plan and Zoning Exhibit plans; preparation of application package; and preparation of 3-Dimensional renderings. Commencement of permitting process is pending.
